how do you print Filofax sheets

Hi,
Do you know how to print a list of contacts on Word 2007 or Outlook 2007 on
Filofax paper?

In Outlook 2007, Contacts, select File, Print and click on the Page Setup
button. Look down the Paper Type list until you find FiloFax #106. If you
have different FiloFax paper, you'll need to select the CUSTOM option and
create your own.

If you have the type of filofax paper that has two filofax pages side by
side then you will find it extremely difficult to produce a document in any
Microsoft product that will print the pages correctly sequenced. One product
that will do so in conjunction with Word is Blue Squirrel's ClickBook, but
at $50 it is a ludicrously expensive tool just to achieve that.
