How do I set so I can dial phone numbers from my Contacts?

I've been dialing phone numbers directly from my Contacts in Office Ultimate
2007 since i installed it. (using Windows XP w/all patches) Suddenly I can't
and I get a message saying that it's not configured properly. What can I do
to be able once again to dial directly from my Contacts?
