How do I set my Outlook to remember e-mail addresses?

On my last computer, my Outlook would remember e-mail addresses that I have
used to send e-mail, but this one does not. I would like to configure it,
rather than adding every e-mail address to my address book.

do you mean the nickname cache or were you adding addresses to the address
book automatically, when you replied?
