How do I set an alarm every 30 minutes in Outlook?

For health reasons I should get up and stretch every 30 minutes. It would be
good to have an alarm system so I don't forget. I could make an appointment
for each half-hour and then make them all recurring daily, but that would
fill the entire calendar with non-productive items. Is there another way to
do this, or does anyone know of a small program or macro that can accomplish
this?

Get one of the many freeware alarm clocks that can be found on the Internet.
I don't believe Outlook is well-suited tot he task you have in mind.

You could set up recurring tasks that will prompt you every 30 minutes and
yet wouldn't show up on your Outlook calendar as a meeting. You set up a task
just like a meeting.
