How do I retrieve

Is there a way to restore emails that were in the inbox before I did an easy
transfer. System is Windows 7 with Outlook 2007

niether Easy Transfer or copy has any impact on the origonal data, which
remains in the origonal PC (unless you did something else to it)

Do you still have access to the original machine?
Assuming you are using a POP3 account, look for pst-files.
