how do I retain calendar events for longer than 6 months?

outlook appointments and events drop off the calendar after 6 months. is
there any way to get them to stay for longer or indefinitely?

Turn off auto-archiving on the Calendar folder (right click on the folder,
choose Properties and go to the AutoArchiving tab)
