How to stop calendar from automatically deleting data after 6 mont

S

Steve

I use Outlook 2003 and my Calendar only saves my meeting info for six months.
However, I do need to keep a history of when my meeting occurred in the past.

How do I change my Calendar so that all of the information I put into it is
saved indefinitely and not automatically deleted after 6 months?

Thank you very much for your help!

Right click the calendar, select properties, then the Autoarchive tab. Set
it to not archive the calendar folder.
