HOW DO I REMOVE UNWANTED WORKGROUP

Dear Sir,
I have 45 System`s local area network. Among with internet.

Now days some unwanted workgroup (Which has same isp) showing in My
network,

And we can acces them normaly just a like a local network.

i think they all can aces me too. by which my data(Of Samll Network)
is unsafe.

so plz. Tell me what shuld i do to stop them and delete the work group
list.

In general, this happens when someone brings a computer to work that's been
connected to a home network or another network - you're seeing the name of
the workgroup that they last connected to at home or elsewhere. Usually
this is not a problem - unless, of course, your policy is not to allow users
to connect outside your network. But the mere fact that you can see another
workgroup does not necessarily mean that your network is insecure nor that
anyone can access your network.
