How do I remove a outlook toolbar from microsoft excel?

One of my employee's somehow added a microsoft outlook toolbar to his other
office programs (excel, word, ect.). I have no clue how he added the toolbar
or how to remove it. I go to view and then toolbars and there is no outlook
toolbar to select or unselect.

Press the Envelope button on the Standard toolbar to toggle on/off Send as
Mail.
