How do I publish to a public folder using Front Page?

I am trying to publish my website but everytime I do it doesn't go into the
PUBLIC folder. I can't figure out what has changed as I used to have no
problem when I pulished before. Any help would be appreciated as my website
is not showing up on the internet.

If your host is running Apache / Linux, the correct publish location is
public_html.
