Hi Mark,
you could set it in the printer setup.
If you press print, you have the chance to use only print site from x to y

You don't if the message isn't HTML.
Print it to the office document imager and then print just the page you
want.

Try forwarding the message and while in the the new mail message form, go to
the File menu > Print command. You should have the ability to choose Pages
to print.
