How do I print a cover page for each print job?

Does anyone know how to print a cover page with my name on it or some other
pertinent identifier, for each qued print job?

Hi

This is not a setting related to Word. It's controlled by the printer
settings in Windows.

Start > Printers and Faxes. Click on your printer, then File > Properties.
On the Advanced tab, click Separator page, and choose the separator page you
want to use. There is information here on how to choose the right separator
page:

If you need any further information, I would suggest you ask in one of the
newsgroups devoted to Windows.
