unable to print

When I try to print (from any software) I am able to print successfully.
When I try to print again, It does not print.

My document is sitting in the que with the status of printing but nothing
happens. If I keep requesting a print job, it will only be qued up and
nothing will happen

I have tried, turning off the printer and on again - not successful
I have tried, printing a test page - not successful

The only thing that works is if I reboot the computer.

Can someone please help
 
The info Anne gave is great, and in addition, if the printer test was not
successful; you really do need to contact the manufacturer, along with the
other options mentioned. Be sure to let the manufacturer know what version
of Word you are using, your operating system, and the specific printer
version purchased.
