How do I partition a RAID array with the WinXP setup disc

I have a new stripped RAID array of 80GB unformatted. I
want to create a 8GB Primary partition for Windows
followed by a 3GB Partition for "Documents and Settings"
both with a 16KB cluster size. How do I do this with the
setup disc?
