I've been using the answer file to automate the
installation, is it possible create 2 partitions with
sizes 8GB (C:)and 3GB (D:) with a cluster size of 16KB
and NTFS file system. How would I add this when editing
the answer file?

Thanks Kevin,

I just have XP Pro single licence, so I presume this is
not possible with my licence. My exact problem is; I use
the answer file to install the Documents and Settings on
drive D:, but I'm using a Stripped RAID aray and require
a cluster size of 16KB. If I re-partition using the XP
Install CD I get the default cluster size, there doesn't
seem to be an option to choose the cluster size. Your
help please? Thanks Phil

Depending on type of licensing you have you can use WinPE to do this.

Phil,

You can create a new partition, and then use the FORMAT /A:16

Run a Format /? for more avaliable options.
