How do I make folder 'active' for email linking.

I made a folder to file emails in Outlook 2007 and calld it 'Inbox
Old'.

How do I tell BCM that I want it to search in this folder and look for
items to email-link?

So far, BCM seems to be looking only in Onbox and Sent Items.

Need to know how to add other folders so that BCM will look in them
for email autolinking..

Go to Manage E-Mail AutoLinking in the BCM menu, and click the Folders
tab. There you can select which folders BCM pays attention to for
linking.

Hope this helps,

Thanks Chris -

Do you (or anyone else) know if it's possible to do the opposite?

i.e, scan and unlink from BCM / delete all emails physically from the
mail folders?
