Individuals see your post from the moment you post it to days later
depending on how often they visit. I'd wait a day before posting again
generally. When you don't get an answer in the first hour it's usually
because there isn't one, there is but it's not widely known, the question is
not clear or is too vague. Yours is in the second category I think.
Anyway, this is from an old post:
------------------------
You can force the task pane to stay open with this registry setting:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Common\General\DoNotDismissFileNewTaskPane
This is a DWORD key, set it to 1."
**************************
To change the registry:
1. From the Start button, choose Run
2. Type regedit then click OK
3. Click the + sign to the left of HKEY_CURRENT_USER
4. Open Software, Microsoft, Office, 10.0, Common, and click on General
5. Choose Edit>New>DWORD Value
6. Type the name for the DWORD: DoNotDismissFileNewTaskPane
7. Press Enter to complete the renaming
8. Choose Edit>Modify
9. Type 1 as the value and click OK
10. Close the Registry Editor
