How do I insert right curly bracket between two lines?

I have two lines that I need to write one comment between the two and want to
add a right curley bracket. How do I do this? I've tried putting in a text
box but then the box shows and I don't want that - I want only the bracket to
show and to cover the two lines.

It can be done with a simple Field (Insert > Field or Insert > Quick
Parts > Field), but it's been a long time since I did one, and the
documentation is less than clear.

Remove the line from the text box using Format Text Box. On the Colors and
Lines tab, choose No Line (and No Fill if desired).
