How do I insert a mailmerge field in the To field of an email?

When I use the mailmerge wizard to insert the email address in the To field
of an Outlook email, It keeps getting moved to the body of the email.

How do you get the email addresses to the To field when they are in and
Excel spreadsheet? Thanks for any help you can give me. -Tom Webb

Start your mailmerge in the normal way in Word. Do NOT insert yoru mailmerge
fields in the body of the document.

After you select the merge to email option, you will get the basic email
form, TO, and subject dialog boxes. Plug your field name for email addresses
into teh TO box.

I had not tried this before, but tested and it worked great.
