How do I import a .pst file into a new copy of MS Outlook?

I was running Win2000/Office 2000 on a laptop for almost 5 years. It
recently died and I just bought a desktop with XP/Office 2003.

Outlook had almost 5 years of emails + calendar events + contacts. The
email had approx. 50 folders that messages were stored in. I regularly
backed up the outlook.pst file (630Mb) and archive.pst file (387Mb).

I would like my new copy of Outlook to be able to read all the previous
emails, contacts, and events. Is this possible? If so, how?

If not, I can likely (at some cost) remove the hard drive from the laptop
and get access to other files, although my preference is to do it from the
..pst file.

Many thanks,

Andrew
