How do I hide paragraph mark on microsoft outlook?

Somehow I clicked something that put paragraph mark all over my microsoft
outlook email system. The paragarph mark is located to the right of the
cursor and follows (or leads) the cursor as I type. The paragarph mark does
not go out with the finished email...it is only on my screen. There is no
paragraph mark on my outlook tool bar as there is on the Word tool bar. How
can I hide the paragraph mark on Outlook screen? Thanks
