How do I get rid of my NetZero Sign-In pop-up?

I've switched to DSL and tried to "Uninstall" NetZero through "Add/Remove
Programs", but 90% of the way through it stops. Evidently, NetZero wants to
stay on your PC because their Sign-In pop-up keeps opening intermittently
when I'm logged-on to Outlook. It's driving me crazy! Help, Norm.

Internet Options>Connections>select Never Dial a Connection. You can also
delete the NetZero connection from Dialup and VPN Settings box.
