How do I get rid of Deleted Folder Names in Outlook

I have made a mess of my Outlook file and need some help fixing it.

The list of folders from which I can Select Names (New Message/TO: )
contains names of folders that have been deleted. If I click on these
folders, I get the error messages:

“The address list could not be displayed. The Contact list associated with
this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted or
you do not have permissions. For information on how to remove folders from
Outlook Address Book, see Microsoft Outlook Help.â€

This is a list of the folders it gives me to choose from and what happens if
I chose that folder:
Association Displays Contacts
Blackcreek - error message shown above and yes it was
deleted
Blackcreek 2006 Displays Contacts
Business Displays Contacts
Contacts - error message shown above and I guess it
was deleted
Contacts - error message shown above and I guess it
was deleted
Contacts Displays Contacts
Cove 2006 - error message shown above and yes it was
deleted
Cove 2006 Displays Contacts
Websites - error message shown above and yes it was
deleted
Websites 2006 Displays Contacts

These are the only Contact Folder Names that should be displayed.

Contacts
Association
Websites
Black Creek
Older Contacts
Business

How can I remove the missing/deleted folder names from the list in Select
names?

Also if I GO/Folder List there are 4 folders named "Personal files" at the
bottom of the list that need to be removed. If I right click on them I get
the error message “The set of folders could not be openedâ€

Scanpst shows no errors.

Thanks for your help
