How do I get rid of beginning screen

On one of my computers, all I do to get out of sleep mode is to wiggle
my mouse and I'm back on to my desktop; however, on my other computer,
the screen immediately goes to a screen that has two buttons on it:
one with my name and one with another person's name, which I then have
to make a choice to get to the desktop

How can I get rid of that intermediary screen so that it is like my
other computer that goes directly to the desktop?

Check the following;

Go to Control Panel and double click Power Options.
In Power Options Properties, click on the Advanced tab.
Make sure the box next to "Prompt for password when computer
resumes from standby" is unchecked.
Click OK.

Back in Control Panel, double click Display.
In Display Properties, click on the Screen Saver tab.
Make sure that the box next to "On resume, show the Welcome
Screen" is unchecked.
Click OK.
