how do I get outlook 2003 to show me mail from my yahoo acct?

I have tried the trouble shooting, but I still cannot get my outlook 2003 to
show me my email from my yahoo acct. Please help..... Thank you

Guess the spirits can't see what you chose to omit from your post -
like DETAILS.

Outlook version?
Yahoo mail host's IP name or address you use?
If Yahoo.com, whether a paid or freebie Yahoo Mail account?
The actual error message that the e-mail client spews?

it is with the office professional 2003 with all the updates and service
packs, and my free yahoo acct that I have had for 3 years now.
error message when I test settings thru outlook says:
send test email message: Outlook could not connect to the outgoing SMTP mail
server because the server did not accept your user name or password.
and
Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Outlook could not log into the
incoming POP3 mail server because the server did not accept your user name or
password.
incoming mail server is : pop.mail.yahoo.com
outgoing mail server is : smtp.mail.yahoo.com

does this help in anyway?

here is what it says when I click on send/receive:
inbox synchronizing headers : reported error (0x800CCCF4) unknown error
and
receiving: (0x800CCC92) email server rejected your login

That's because unless you have a yahoo uk or fr account, you need to PAY to
use Yahoo as a pop mail account....

You cannot use Outlook to connect to free yahoo.com accounts.
