how do i get my mail when traveling

1) I am new to Outlook, can I retreive and send email from someones else's
computer when traveling? how do I access my Outlook account from another
computer?

2)also, I have installed Outlook on both my desktop (home) unit and my
mobile (traveling) computer. Should all emails I receive or send be shown on
both computers when I open Outlook?

outlook isn't your account - it's a mail client. generally, if you have web
access to your email account, you can use any computer to read your email.

Are you connecting to an exchange server or are you doing POP3?

If you are connecting to an exchange server you will see the same emails on
both computers. You can also connect to your mailbox from any computer via
OWA.

If you are using POP3 you need to set one of your computers to leave a copy
of the email on the server and make sure that you connect with that computer
first. Otherwise the mail is pulled off the server and you will not be able
to download the mail to your second box.

Depends on what type of account it is and how you have it configured.

Not without some work and, even with that work, it's unsupported and could
cause data loss.
