How do I get my contacts to ghost fill when I am using Outlook?

I'm tired of gmail and am going back to Outlook, but my email addresses are
not automatically entered (ghostfilling) when I start typing them. ??

It's called autocomplete and it’s a cache of addresses you've sent to in the
past. The addresses will be added only after you reply or send a new message
to an address.
