how do i get my contacts and e-mail from outlook express to vista

Help.....I use to have windows xp now I have Vista. I do I get my e-mails
and contacts that use to be outlook express transferred to Vista or am I out
of luck. I hope Not JJ

Contacts: Back-up Address Book (XP) to a CSV file, then import that into
Windows Contacts (Vista).

It's easy to do. You basically only need to locate and copy the entire
Outlook Express message folder to your new system, and then import, and then
do the same for the Windows Address Book file.

In OE, go to Tools, Options, Maintenance, Store Folder to see where the
files are. You need *all* the files in that folder.

In WAB, go to Help, About for the same information.
