I have a large table in Word 2007 and want to import into Powerpoint 2007.
When I do it comes in very tiny. Is there a way to adjust the table so that
it will fit on multiple slides without me having to cut and paste? Thanks

Hi

I don't believe so. But here are some ideas which may work depending on the
data, the audience, the situation and the point of the table:
- Link to the Word doc and open it in that so you can zoom, scroll, etc
- Put the table in a handout instead and refer the audience to it, perhaps
with prompts on screen (say the data from that row, or a graphic
representation of the point)
- Use animations to make the table zoom, move to & highlight the bit you are
talking about as you talk about it
- Split the table into more manageable chunks
- Collate the data so you have less rows and/or columns
- Convert the table into a suitable style of chart or pictogram
- Uncover what the point of the table is and show that instead. Put the full
table in the handout/reference materials

The last one would be my first choice :)

you can insert the word directly to your powerpoint. please follow the
steps: click 'insert"----" object", a dialogue box appear. choose
"create from file", then click to choose your target word file. it is
better to display it as icon.

thus you just need to click the symbol of word on your powerpoint to
view the word file.
