HOW DO I FIX OR REPLACE IE6 on a WXP-home-SP2?

IE is still not working after anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes of use, forcing
me to constantly reboot so it works again - for a few minutes. I'm trying
all the NGs here and am not getting any answers.

HOW DO I FIX OR REPLACE IE6 on a WXP-home-SP2?

Can someone help with this problem? I updated all my anti virus and
anti-spyware and ran it last night. I ran scandisk/fix errors and defragged
and the problem persists!!! Even Hijack this showed nothing. I have a
startup manager, I have everything possible to keep this machine clean.

Now PLEASE how do I either fix or replace IE on a XP-SP2-home machine. I
can't get any work done!!! None of the anti-spyware finds anything.
There's nothing left to try.

Thanks! :) BTW, these are the anti-scumware programs we have on this PC.
None of them found anything - Some just innoculate against infestations.
All are updated twice a month or more if I read about a new update release.
If there are any others out there to try, I would love to hear about them.
I learned about THESE on the spyware NGs (Usenet) or here over the years.

Spybot
Adware
Norton AV & WinDr.
StartupInspector
SpywareBlaster
BHODeamon
CodeStuffStarter
HijackThis
CWShredder
ZoneAlarm

No one can say we're not "trying" to keep this PC secure. :)
