How do I export contacts to Word without changes

I have names and addresses in Outlook contacts which include Mr & Mrs. In
Word when recovering them for an envelope print the Mr & Mrs has gone
missing. Also postcodes move up the address from the end.

Sorry to be vague. Contact entries in OL are in British address format. When they get to the address book in word 2003 they have defaulted to the US style with the post code at the end of the town line. Why doesn't the format I have entered in OL contacts be repeated faithfully in the Word address book I use for envelopes and labels

What's the default language setting in Word? I wonder if changing it to UK
English would make a difference?
