How do I permanently add to the drop down title and suffix lists

Outlook
Entering new contacts....how can I add to the drop down title and suffix
lists under "full name". Example of items to add "Mr. & Mrs." under title
and "Esq" under suffix

Outlook doesn't provide a way to do that.
