How do I enable the Marquee option in the Insert Web Components di

The Marquee option on my Insert Web Components dialog box is greyed out in
FP2002. I Enabled the MS FPServer Extensions in Page Options on the
Compatibility tab and i looked all over the help files but i can't find out
why it's grey

Has nothing to do with the Server Extensions.
In Tools | Page Options on the authoring tab set the Browser to IE
only.
