How do I enable links within emails?

For some reason the links / respond / reply buttons within an email have been
disabled. How do I re-enable them. I have administrator rights and I am using
Outlook 2007 with Vista Ultimate.

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
