How do I email a distribution list?

I have a very large Distribution List.
I need to somehow email/export the information (name & address) to a mailing
house for a large mailer.
I can't find how to do this.

I need to somehow email/export the information (name & address) to a mailing
house for a large mailer.

Open the DL, then click File>Save As. Save it as a text file, which will
create a tab-separated values file. Open that file in Excel and remove the
header lines. You can save the result again as a TSV or you can save it as a
CSV (comma-separated values file), which your mailing house is more likely to
be able to use.
