Exporting distribution list

I'm using Outlook 2002.
How can I export a distribution list from my address book so that I can send
it to a colleague so that the distribution list can be used by another email
program?

Open the DL and choose File>Save As. Select "Text Only" as the "Save as
type". This will save it as a tab-delimited values file which should be
usable by the other mail client, either exactly as it is or by using
copy/paste to add it to that mail client's DL creation form.
