How do I eliminate fax numbers from showing up as email address?

I am looking to eliminate fax numbers showing up as potential email
addresses. I am trying to send one email to everyone in my Contacts - I have
both email and fax for all. When I want to list everyone as a BCC, both
email as well as fax come up as "valid" email addresses. I have not found a
way to turn off the Internet Fax feature which I am guessing is at the root
of this issue.
