In MS Word 2003 I had written macros to automate several sentences on
outgoing faxes, orders, emails etc. I had assigned these to buttons and put
them on their own toolbar. I was able to drag the name from the "Record
Macro" process and drop it on the toolbar and then to edit the name to
display what I need. For example I used PD on a button to automate typing "
Please quote price and delivery on the following :". Can anyone tell me if it
is possible to do this in word 2007? I have figured out how to get the macro
onto the quick access bar but can only get it display one of several buttons
and not my text
