how do I download my smart phone contacts to outlook?

Vista will not download any version of Activsync. The only smart phone
contact download option I found required Activsync. This is typical.

Not sure what this has to do with Outlook. Might want to try either an
Activsync group or a Vista group. The most logical place to ask would be
whoever supports your "smart" phone.
