How do I detect if a given WinXP software CD is slipstreamed (=applied a SP) ?

A friend have a burned WinXP CD. Unfortunately he does not know if the content
is only a pure copy from his original MS WinXP (stored far away at home)
or if it is the version he made by slipstreaming resp. by applying a Service Pack
to it - ready for installation.

Is there a way to find out (of cause without installing it) if this is a slipstreamed
whcih SP ?) or a basic WinXP (without SP) ?

Maybe some files in the I386 could show it but which ?

Just open the disk in nlite or autostreamer. Either one will tell you what
version it is.
