How do I delete an outlook form

Hi, I have created several Outlook forms in Outlook 2000 and published them
in the Organisational forms library for everyone to access. Now we don't
require some of those forms. How do I delete a form from here.

Also can I add security to forms so that in the organisational forms library
some forms cannot be opened and used by certain staff.

Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Custom Forms | Manage Forms

Any security would have to be added to the individual forms' code.
