How do I create & save custom colour scheme in MS Word

Every time I want to use a custom colour to say fill a shape I have to go to
"more colours", Custom and enter the RGB values. Is there a way to create
and save these values for re-use?

Unfortunately, no. But you could save an AutoShape in the custom color as an
AutoText entry.
