How do I correct 'add-in' error?

Hello to all and would like to share a problem encountered when logging in to
Outlook 2003. When logging in two dialog boxes opens stating: The add-in
"C:\Program Files\Panda Software\Panda Antivirus Platinum|PAV..." could not
be installed or loaded. This could be resolved by using Detect and Repair on
the Help menu." The second dialog boxes indicating the Google Desktop Search.
I've tried the Detect and Repair method to no avail. I realize that there are
similiar problems posted here... are the solutions the same?

Any advice or knowledged solutions is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Thanks D, the add-in manager of course! It did the job and now no more
annoying alert dialog boxes. Order is restored... thank you again.
