While i am opening outlook the error occur " the add-in c:/program
file/symantec antivirus/vpmsece3.dll. could not installed or loaded. This
program may be resloved by using detect and repair on the help menu."

Which means you have some Symantec program installed that installed an
add-on to Outlook yet you didn't mention what Symantec product(s) you
have installed.

What happens when you start Outlook in its safe mode ("outlook.exe
/safe") which doesn't load add-ons? Do the error go away?

What happens when you disable the e-mail scanning in whatever Symantec
software you installed? Or after you uninstall the Symantec product?

Is this some trialware of Symantec products that came pre-installed in a
pre-built computer that you bought? If so, has the trial period ended?
