Error message appears when i login to account

The follwing message appears "The add in "C:\Program
files\Symantec_Client_Security\Symantec Antivirus...." could not be loaded or
installed. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and repair on the
Help menu". But this issue is not roslved even after selecting "Detect and
Repair" on the Help Manu.

Do you still have that Antivirus product installed? If so; reinstall. If you
don't use it anymore it didn't properly unistall and you should manually
remove its association with Outlook; Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button
Advanced Options-> button Add-In Mananger/COM Add-ins
