How do I connect Hotmail Plus to Outlook 2002?

We have high speed cable internet access. I have a Hotmail Plus account
(that is the $19.95/year deal for more storage.) I would like to be able to
access my Hotmail via Outlook 2002, but have been unsuccessful in making the
connection. It seems to want me to have a paid subscription to some MSN
email product, which in my opinion I have. Can I make this connection of
Hotmail to Outlook and if so, how?

I just set it up on a test computer with Tools>E-mail Accounts>Add a new
e-mail account>Next>HTTP>Next and filling in the data.
