How Do I Combine Data Tables?

I have queried 4 separate file-sets on our AS400 and have 4 separate return
data-tables. However, all 4 tables have identical formatting; which means
that the data from each could easily be appended to the data of another.
With "EASILY" being a relative word...

I don't know how to append table-data or how to combine two tables to make
one. Please help.....
