There is always a white border when I try to print 8 labels (7.4 cm x 10.5cm)
how do I get rid of it and make it bleed to the edge

Almost certainly you cannot. The vast majority of printers are incapable of
printing to the edge of the paper.

G'Day Az,

Printing to the edge of the paper depends on your Printer - many have
a 'non-printable' area - see your printer manual.

Word 'reads' this information from the Printer Driver and warns of
'Margins set outside the printable Area ...'

If you are feeding 10.5cm wide paper into the printer so that it is aligned
in the center of the platen, you may be able to trick the Printer and Word
into doing this by setting the paper width to something wider (A4for
example) and set the margins so that the area that you want to print is
wholly contained within them. Most of the cheaper printers rely on the
settings that the user enters, rather than auto-detecting the page width.
