How do I back up Windows Mail to a Thumb Drive??

Hello...

I'd like to back up my Windows Mail to a 2 gig thumb drive. (I want to back
up messages, contacts, account settings.). I'm running Windows Vista Home
Premium.

Any help would be appreciated.
