How do I automatically add birthdays from contacts to calendar?

Is there a way to have Outlook automatically add birthdays and anniversaries
to my Calendar? It seems like a logical feature to have but if it is
available, I cannot figure out how to get it to work. I use Outlook 2003.

That should happen automatically now. Are you importing the contacts or
simply creating new ones?

The birthdays were already in there when I upgraded from Outlook 2000 to
Outlook 2003. Then I updated a contact earlier by adding the birthday to the
contact. But it did not show on my calendar.

Very, very odd...

I just tested this to be sure and I added a birthday to an existing contact,
saved it and the birthday appeared on the calendar as an event (as
expected).

I have tried adding it to multiple contacts (I have over 250 in my address
book). It does not show for any of them.

I'm having the same problem but I'm adding the birthdays to new and existing
contacts (none have been imported). Some of the contact birthdays are
appearing in my calendar but not all of them. How can I get all of them to
appear?
Thanks.
